    Deskripsi Perusahaan

    - 1974: PT.  Dankos Laboratories (“the company”) was established, and started its pharmaceutical activities in Pulomas, Jakarta 4 years later
     
    - 1989: Dankos listed its share on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchange.
     
    -1992:  Penicillin and Cephalosporin antibiotic factories were constructed. Dankos became the first Indonesian pharmaceutical company which has 3 separated factories (Non Betalactam, Penicillin and Cephalosporin).
     
    - 1997: Dankos became the first Indonesian Pharmaceutical Company which obtained ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) certification.
     
    - 1998: Dankos start Continual Improvement Programs Implementation
     
    - 2002: Dankos start 5R Implementation as Dankos Quality Excellence
    Foundation
     
    - 2004: Dankos became the first Indonesian Pharmaceutical Company which had ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certification
     
    -2005: Dankos start Lean Manufacturing System Implementation
     
    -2006: Merge with PT Kalbe Farma Tbk
     
    -2011: Dankos cooperate with Kalbe build Kalbe Learning Centre as the centre for People Development, and start to Implement Total Productive Maintenance
     
    -2013: Dankos build Onco Production Facility (Cancer and hormonal medicine) and expanded its NBL Injection production facility from 1 floor to 3 floors

    Gaji yang diberikan cukup tinggi, fasilitas yang ada pun sudah mencukupi, sarana penunjang sangat istimewa, lokasi jauh dari macet.

    Cons

    Karyawan harus kerja super keras karena load kerja yang begitu padat sehingga tidak dapat bersosialisasi dengan orang lain.

    Advice to Management

    Lokasi perusahaan saya rasa cukup jauh dari rumah. Saya harap saya bisa menemukan tempat yang lebih dekat agar mobilitas bisa lancar.
