  • Knowledge of food presentation, and event service operation
  • Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect section
  • Knowledge of inventory controls, supplies and equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer and associate relation skills
  • Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems
  • Bandung based
  • The Banquet Supervisor oversees the daily activities of the event operations and staff.
  • Ensures the highest level of service during the event.
  • Acts as a liaison for the banquet department between Sales, Event organizer and the Kitchen team.
