Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Chemistry, Engineering (Chemical), Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent from reputable University with GPA minimum of 3.0
  • Required skill(s): presentations and demosntrations, marketing and product development, laboratory testing, research & development, leadership and customer service
  • Accountable for liaising between customer and the company in ensuring that ink products work as per customer expectations and organizing and implementing technical service for the customers
  • Result oriented, attention to detail, self-determined, sharp, creative, initiative, proactive, and dynamic
  • Required langauage(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Maximum 2 yeasr(s) of working experince in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Staff (non-management &non-supervisor)s specializing in Chemistry, chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • 12 Full-Time and Contarct position(s) available
  • Recruitment process will start in reputable Iniversities in Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya
Responsibilities:
  • The management Trainee's primary responsibility is to participate in training experience, learn new skills, and demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities
