Based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

To implement national sales strategy to achieve the set revenue and expense targets, to develop the product as a market leader in high-end plumbing and drainage system, as well as to launch new product in high- to mid-end market segment in Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement national sales strategy to achieve the set revenue and expense targets
  • Generate new sales leads to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets
  • Develop and increase distribution channels across the industry
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales process including planning, prospecting & cold calling, investigating & developing, presenting, negotiating and closing the deals
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and associated sales administration tasks
  • Identify new market trends and opportunities, initiate and drive new product development (New profile or new application)
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement national marketing and business development strategies
  • Initiate marketing events/activities to promote product branding and new product acceptance
  • Drive market analysis and keep abreast of industry trends
  • Develop and cultivate key client accounts (e.g. USA Buyers) in collaboration with the product management team in Singapore
  • Direct the evaluation of product suitability and market acceptance and lead research into development of business opportunities
  • Provide regular status reports on strategy implementation, product development, marketing/business development programs/initiatives
  • Organise marketing and sales support through product training, promotion brochures, demonstrations, samples, technical updates, etc.
  • Manage customer accounts including stock forecast/management, credit and accounts receivables
  • Build good relation with customers to understand their requirements on their product development
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and events
  • Able to travel where required



  • Degree in business or a Technical or demonstrated technical knowledge/skill on polymer Science obtained on the job or through vocational training is preferred
  • Applicants with experience in interior products design are welcome to apply
  • Excellent knowledge of outdoor weaving products and the market is advantageous
  • Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
  • Adopt a positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
  • Independent and able to solve problem and work under pressure
  • Confident negotiator and able to ‘close the deal’
  • Good people relations skills
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
  • Good project management skills and drive to implement approved strategies and plans
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software programs
  • Good command of local & English Language
