    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Summary :
     
    • Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
    • Initiate and develop organizational development needs (Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Job Description, Man Power Planning, etc)
    • Analyzing and develop talent management (Talent Management Profile, Key Performance Indicator, Competency Based Assessment, etc)
    • Control & Monitor various database (KPI System, Talent Profile, etc).
     
    Primary responsibilities :
     
    • Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
    • Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
    • Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
    • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
    • Create effective strategic planning methods.
    • Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
    • Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
    • Create competency models.
    • Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
    • Help employees create project timelines and deadlines.
    • Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
    • Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
    • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
    • Resolve conflict within groups.
    • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
    • Recommend training and development systems.
    • Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.
     
    Job Requirements :
     
    • Willing to be placed in Subang
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Engineer  
    • Have minimum 2 years work experience in related field
    • Proficient using Microsoft Office & English language
    • Understand various Organization Development Best Practices, such as:
      • Talent Management
      • Performance Management
      • Organization Structure
      • KPI System
      • Competency based HR

    • Manajemen perusahaan ini dinilai sudah sangat baik terhadap para karyawannya. Mereka mau mendengar masukan serta sigap dalam menanggapi permintaan para karyawan.
    • Merupakan perusahaan multinasional, sehingga dengan bekerja di sini pekerja bisa banyak mendapatkan pengalaman bekerja dengan budaya perusahaan yang beda dari perusahaan nasional.
    Cons
    • Fasilitas yang disediakan agar lebih ditingkatkan lagi agar karyawan bisa lebih mengirit dalam pengeluaran gaji, salah satunya adalah perlu ditambahnya fasilitas transportasi.
    • Perusahaan kurang menjaga kualitas produksi perusahaan sendiri. Sebaiknya hal ini lebih diperketat agar konsumen pun tidak mengeluhkan adanya penurunan kualitas barang.
