    Are you a MAKEUP JUNKIE who is passionate in sharing your knowledge of beauty products and how to user them? Perhaps you're a BEAUTY BLOGGER or VLOGGER? If yes, NYX Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for you to take on a role as a Product Trainer! Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position will be in charge to develop the training action plan for the project, conceive the appropriate tools and ensure roll-out to local teams.

    Job scope includes:

    • Lead the conception of new education and training projects
    • Create training guidelines to facilitate local initiatives and foster seasonal events (mainly for color and make-up axis)
    • Impersonate and transmit the values of the brand
    • Contribute to improve our products sell-out in line with brand strategy
    • Create and share product knowledge guidance and any operational or selling skill modules through web based/videos/catalogues


    • Min hold Bachelor Degree from any field
    • Min 2 -3 years related working experience, specifically working with /cosmetics
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Possess high energy and driven to be achieve results
    • Takes initiative
    • Have great organization skills to manage complexity
    • High attention to detail
    • High interest in beauty industry and beauty products, especially for cosmetics
    • Able to operate Microsoft Office
    • Ability to operate video editing applications is advantageous
    • Willing to travel frequently
    • Enthusiasm in makeup is a must.

    Kesimpulan Review

    • adanya pemberian insentif uang makan dan juga uang transport, perusahaan yang sangat menghargai kinerja karyawan nya dan adanya reward untuk karyawan yang teladan.
    • gaji yang diberikan untuk lulusan baru cukup tinggi, mudahnya akses di perusahaan dan setiap bulan karyawan mendapatkan produk gratis dari perusahaan.
    • adanya perlakuan yang tidak baik, sistem senioritas yang tinggi, terlalu lamanya proses pelatihan untuk menjadi staff dan gaji yang diberikan pun tidak cukup.
    • jenjang karir yang tidak jelas dan tidak terbuka, sulitnya untuk mengajukan kenaikan gaji, kurangnya fasilitas yang disediakan untuk karyawan nya.
