    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Responsibilities:

    The incumbent will be responsible for organizing and developing engagement and communication activities to internal and external parties through digital marketing channels and media. The incumbent will also be responsible for maximizing public relations activities to increase company’s brand awareness. These responsibilities include but not limited to:
    • Maintaining and ensuring that all digital channels should generate business value through leads and acquisition opportunities
    • Monitoring and analyzing news about company, competitors and industry on print and electronic media, as well as corporate website
    • Managing collateral needs of new products launch and initiatives
    • Managing media interviews and conduct press gathering/conferences
    • Planning, controlling, and monitoring marketing department budget

    Requirements:

    The successful candidates should at least have minimum requirements as follow:
    • Minimum bachelor degree from any major.
    • Minimum 4 (four) years experiences in related roles.
    • Strong in communication & negotiation skills, especially in building relationship with internal and external parties
    • Performance driven, well-organized, initiative, detail oriented.
    • Good team leadership, analytical thinking, verbal & written communication (English and Bahasa)

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Gaji yang diterima karyawan tetap walaupun penjualan menurun serta budaya perusahaan yang bagus, ramah dan kekeluarahaan sehingga memberikan kesan nyaman untuk karyawan.
    • Tunjangan kesehatan yang sudah layak bahkan karyawan yang memiliki status kontrak sekalipun juga diperhatikan oleh perusahaan sehingga kenyamanan sangat terjalin.
    Cons
    • Tidak adanya asuransi kesehatan untuk karyawan sales dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya sehingga kesejahteraan karyawan tidak terjamin oleh perusahaan dan tekanan kerja yang lumayan tinggi.
    • Atasan yang kurang ramah kepada karyawan bawahan dan kurang komunikasi untuk karyawan sehingga karyawan serasa diasingkan dan terintimidasi oleh atasan.
