    • Responsible to handling all recruitment process
    • Responsible for planning and handling all the recruitment process to met company Man Power Plans (MPP)
    • Able to provide and manage sourcing of potential talents
    • Making MPM reports
    • Screening and shortlisting candidates
    • Conduct interview & psychological test
    • Coordinate with users and candidates for interview sessions and selection processes
    • Manage all adminstration need related with the recruitment
    • Age maximum 30 years old
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in recruitment and assesment process
    • Experiences in recruitment, able to conduct Psychological test, Analysis Test, Interviewing, and make the report
    • Preferably having experience as Recruitment/HR on Food&Beverage industries
    • Specilized handle mass recruiting on outlet opening
    • Proficient in English, both written and oral is a must
    • Excellent communicational and interpersonal skill and comitted attitude towards work
    • Dynamic, energic, self-motivated, and analytical thinking
    • Flexible and well-adapted person
    • Can work underpressure and tight deadlines
    • Wiliing to work immediately
