- Ensuring timely preparation of monthly local gap and management accounts – ‘month end close’-process
- Core team member in the rolling forecast process
- Promote continuous improvement both internally within own team and externally across the organization
- Manage the risk profile in the department to identify and minimize operational risks
- Internal and external audit issue resolution and follow-up
- As a team lead in the finance team and play a pro-active role in the wider management of the MO
- Managing MO operating costs (OPEX) and provide commentary
- Provide a comprehensive efficient treasury service ensuring robust internal controls and up to date systems
- Oversee completion of all statutory accounts including liaison with the internal and external auditors
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the MO providing and delivering own departmental action plans and supporting other action plans where required
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting
- Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting from reputable university
- Advance English language
- Accounting certification
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
