• To manage, coordinate and conduct the document project activities until all settle for the Company
    • Prepare and monitor the budget for project billing and cost
    • Maintain good rapport and relationship with existing customers and potential customers
    • Follow up and monitor closely on existing and potential projects with both existing and potential customers


    • Female, max 35 year
    • Candidate must posses at least Diploma
    • Have 2-3 years experience in administration
    • Required skill (s): positive attitude,abble to work independent,¬†able to communicate effectively, self motivated and result oriented
    • Good command in English both oral and written
    • Posses own transport
