    Key Responsibilities:

    • Developing business and range market
    • Increase sales of our products and maximize potential sales volume

 
    • Increase market share and market penetration through servicing of designated accounts and development of new accounts on an ongoing basis

 
    • To develop new and exciting markets for our product range.
    • Generate new ideas and apply strategies for adding value to customers 
    • Looking for new customer and increasing sales
    • Preparing business plan, sales presentation, quotation in technical & commercial aspects
    • Provide technical backup & traveling to remote customer where necessary and making report to management regularly
    • Planning regularly customer visit to area of responsibilities
    • Provide customer support & follow up
    • Provide periodic report to management

    Requirement:

    • S1 Degree (preferable in Information Technology, Engineering, Public Relations/Marcom, Business, or Management major)
    • 25 - 35 years old
    • Goals result oriented and able to work under presure
    • At least 3-5 years of experiences as Sales Manager, Business Development, or Sales Engineer
    • Familiar of various Information Technology products
    • Have good computer literate
    • Fluent in English both spoken and written
    • Strong motivated and have good conduct of behavior
    • Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable

    SALES MANAGER'S JOB PROFILE

     

    We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to meet our Revenue Growth, Sales Target,  Expanding Market, and Customer Acquisition Targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales customer potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

    • Maintaining and increasing sales of our company's products
    • Reaching the targets and goals set
    • Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base
    • Servicing the needs of our existing customers
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
    • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
    • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
    • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
    • Collecting customer feedback and market research
    • Reporting to Management
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
