    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer complaint, product troubleshooting and quality issue of Polymer PP/PE
    • Assist customer for product trial process at customer site
    • Conduct product and market continuous analysis and improvement to fulfill customer requirement
    • Seek opportunity for market development through customer collaboration via technical industry
    • Provide technical training on product, application and processing as part of customer relationship program
    • Assist sales in technical matter relating to the smooth sales process

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer or Chemical Science/Engineering or the related field from a reputable university
    • 2-5 years of Technical Support working experience in Polymer or Petrochemical industry, fresh graduate are welcomed
    • Good command of English communication (both written and spoken)
    • Flexible in travelling in upcountry and overseas
    • Excellent in commercial-mind, initiation, self direction, problem solving and achievement orientation, result oriented creative, enthusiastic
    • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to lead team to achieve business targets
    • Computer literate
