  • Preparing sales documentation  and answering multiple quires  is also important job to be handled
  • Responsible for the coordination with the team, distribution and customer, including preparation of tenders, quotations and other process form
  • Support the team in sales coordination and administration responsibilities
  • Maintenance of good customer relations and keeping a client record
  • Producing multiple reports and handling requests by the customers
  • Attend various phone calls on daily basis
  • General office support on an as needs basic


  • Female, Max. 35 year old
  • Candidate muss possess at least a Diploma, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent
  • Willing to be placement in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
