HR Officer



    • Organized HR administration process such as employee database, update report, attendance and overtime report
    • To define or keep upadate data all company regulations and HR procedures to all employees.
    • To develop internal communication to guarantee¬† a proper welcome of new employees.
    • Assist HR administration letter.
    Requirements :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): microsoft exel, payroll administration, Human Resorces.
    • Must be experience Payroll system and strong with Microsoft exel
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Strong Logic and analytical thinking, defining cause and effect relationship.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
