• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
• Experience to design and execute customer service new hire program
• Responsible for the professional development of the customer service staff. Designs and implements programs to improve performance and efficiency
• Responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering programs and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.
• Responsible for conducting new hire training
• Conducts customer service training as well as training in other various areas (including personal development skills).
