    • Promote Service businesses e.g. Pump Audit, Service contract, recommended spare part, Grundfos Remote Management, and service products; to certain customers as defined.
    • Execute Service sales activities e.g. preparing marketing materials, meeting with customers, visits, seminars, expo, etc.
    • Utilize installed-base data to maintain relationship with customers and further create businesses.
     
    Education background and Work Experiences:
    • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Marketing

    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Selling skill
    • SAP ERP/CRM
    • Basic pump technology and its application knowledge
    • English

    Mendapatkan waktu kerja yang tidak akan membuat beban kerja karyawan menjadi bertambah, atau pun merasa terikat dengan waktu kerja yang ditetapkan sehingga kerja menjadi lebih bebas.

    Adanya turnover karyawan yang cukup cepat. Kondisi ini terkadang membuat karyawan merasa kurang betah dan kurang nyaman saat melakukan pekerjaan.
