- Posting job vacancies through an advertisement media
- Screening CV and calling candidates
- Handling selection process including : interview, psychology test, job skills test, review background, and medical check-up
- Making recruitment database report (weekly and monthly)
- Generalist background with huge knowledge of absent record, employee database, employment letter, and training.
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
Correspondence (incoming letter / outgoing letter) and internal letter.
- Age maximum 30 years old.
- S1 graduate majoring Psychology
- Have knowledge in recruitment process and familiar with psychology tools
- Able to operate computer (Must: Excel, Word, Making Power Point Presentation)
- Minimum 1 years experience in recruitment (Open for Fresh Graduate)
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
