Job Description :
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
Requirement :
  • 30-45 years old
  • Good attitude, good looking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both Bahasa and English, have a good presentation skills using Microsoft power point, Excel, MS Word
  • Honest, highly discipline, well-organized and detail oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent in office administrative skills, filling system and handle confidential document
  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor’s degree secretarial or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good knowledge of filling system and administration work
  • Must have experience as secretary of BPD
  • Excellent skill in English (Oral & Written)
  • Good communication, discipline, respect & familiar
