- Prepare monthly payroll calculation including process of employee tax (wht 21) report and for all accounts related to witholding tax 21.
- Provide and analyze current payroll, benefit and tax procedures
- Ensure the monthly salary is properly delivered on time for all employees
- Manage regular preparation of relevant management report including monthly and year end report (gross payroll,tax deduction etc)
- Handle bpjs kesehatan and ketenagakerjaan report monthly and other related process
- Candidate should have a bachelor degree in economics, finance, accountancy or related
- 1 year experience in payroll or related area is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply
- Tax brevet a&b is preferable
- Strong proficiency in use of ms.excel formula
- Good skill and experience in hris payroll system is a plus
- Able to maintain a high degree of sensitivity and confidential data
- Able to work as a team, diciplined, has initiative and can work under pressure
- Must be highly organized and detail orientated
