Payroll Consultant



    Job description
    • Prepare monthly payroll calculation including process of employee tax (wht 21) report and for all accounts related to witholding tax 21.
    • Provide and analyze current payroll, benefit and tax  procedures
    • Ensure the monthly salary is properly delivered on time for all employees
    • Manage regular preparation of relevant management report including monthly and year end report (gross payroll,tax deduction etc)
    • Handle bpjs kesehatan and ketenagakerjaan report monthly and other related process

    • Candidate should have a bachelor degree in economics, finance, accountancy or related
    • 1 year experience in payroll or related area is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply
    • Tax brevet a&b is preferable
    • Strong proficiency in use of ms.excel formula
    • Good skill and experience in hris payroll system is a plus
    • Able to maintain a high degree of sensitivity and confidential data
    • Able to work as a team, diciplined, has initiative and can work under pressure
    • Must be highly organized and detail orientated
