    Job Description
    • Record all incoming calls every day that includes the name, company, and purpose/message
    • Deliver the message to the person concerned orally or in writing or through the secretary of the board of directors
    • Take note of any phone out through customer service includes the destination phone number along with the company name and contact person
    • Helping each division to make phone calls to other cities or abroad
    • Take note of the letters and / or goods that come in and out of the office to then be used asdocumentation when needed
    • Booking hotel & Flight
    • Taking note when staff is out of office
    • Assist GA/Admin's task
    • Minimum Education SMU all departments
    • Work experience as front liner at least 1 year
    • Mastering English at least passive and minimal computer MS Office
    • Ability to work individually and in a team, under pressure, and work within deadlines
    • Having leadership skills and good problem solving
    • Placement in Jakarta
