Facility Engineer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Scope of Work:
 
  • Electrical/mechanical/plumbing system maintenance, including: Air-con, UPS, CRAC, Switchgear, Alarm system, BMS system, Access card system, Fire Protection system, Water supply and drainage system, PA system, AV systems and miscellaneous electrical
  • Attending to technical-related interior works and faults, including Furniture, Carpets, Walls/fittings, Ceilings and Glass
  • Attending to clients’ requests / site complaints and resolve issues/
  • Daily inspection from site to site, about systems, facilities and conducting essential equipment checks and meter
  • Assist and supervise vendors and contractor services in the premises relating to Corrective Maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance and vendor
  • Assist during project works and internal Moves, Adds and Changes
  • Assist in Power Shutdown
  • Respond to System Alarms and deal with emergency
  • Write incident reports and assist to analyze the root cause of
  • Any other duties assigned by the Engineering Manager or Senior Technician
 
Requirements:
 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) or Diploma 3 in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
  • Have a knowledge about HVAC, Plumbing System, Generator System, Electrical, and UPS
  • Good communication in English is a MUST
  • Able to communicate and meeting with client, and regional office (Singapore/ Hong Kong)
  • Able to follow up and communicate with vendor (Vendor Management)
  • Placement in Jakarta

Cons

Kisaran gaji relatif rendah. Bobot pekerjaan yang tinggi menuntut pegawai untuk bekerja dengan keras.

Advice to Management

Pengajuan status karyawan tetap relatif sulit. Karyawan kontrak tidak mendapat tunjangan kesehatan yang menjamin keluarga. Benefit/fasilitas yang didapatkan relatif minim.
