- Doing maintenance routine based on schedule.
- Maintenance and repair kitchen equipments and machines.
- Maintaining and repairing cooling machine, wire, and electricity system.
- Making sure that maintenance process and procedure meet the company standard.
- Making daily and monthly reports.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum SMK preferably Electro / Machine / Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience as technician, especially in Hotel / F&B industry.
- Willing to work on shift schedule.
- Willing to work mobile, have a driving license (SIM C).
- Good personality and interpersonal skill.
