  • Female, age maximum 25 years old
  • Diploma degree (D3) in Secretarial or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office especially in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent communication in English, both Verbal and Written
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Highly organised and has a good time management skill
  • Enthusiastic, willing to learn, excellent communication skill, good personality, flexible and adaptable
  • General administration and secretarial duties including document filing
  • Reception duties as required
  • Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Assisting travel arrangement both domestic and overseas trips
