Territory Sales Leader - Lampung

Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Maximal 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture (S1) from reputable university
  • Preferably 5 years experience in pesticide / herbicide industry
  • Ability to make sales plan and strong drive on execution
  • Strong drives to lead, coach and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales
  • Willing to be assigned at one of the prescribed locations as mentioned on the advertisement within contract employment term
  • Required language (s): English

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan
  • Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business
  • Work closely with the country management team to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives
  • Lead, coach and monitor sales team in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance
  • Ensure all sales activities complied with related internal and external policy and regulations
