    If you enjoy exploring new business opportunities, have a knack for striking deals, love sales and are excited about the prospect of going around Jakarta to meet prospective restaurant partners, then become a Business Development Manager for BigDish! The job is perfectly suited for fresh grads and people with a few years of work experience. 

    Responsibilities:  

    • Helping restaurants gain a stronger position in the market by partnering up with BigDish
    • Searching for prospective restaurant partners and generating sales leads. Leads can range from 5-star establishments, to huge chain restaurants and to hole-in-the wall eateries
    • Effectively building and managing a sales pipeline
    • Sharing insights and learnings with the rest of the team, aiming to continuously push BigDish forward
    • Maintaining and enhancing professional knowledge by taking part in trainings; reviewing publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

    • Confident personality, loves to deal with with people and feels comfortable establishing new connections with new people
    • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity. Fresh grads are more than welcome to apply
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bahasa
    • Intelligent, social, enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated
    • Should be comfortable working in a multi-cultural team
    • Comfortable with ambiguity: we’re a young company, so processes and strategy are not yet set in stone
