Location : Nusa Tenggara
- To provide support to Area Sales Manager in performing, developing and stabilizing the sales volume in respective area, including preparation of daily, monthly and yearly accuracy, efficient and appropriate data. Also to maintain and expand cement sales for Holcim in his territory (meet targets) and provide direction to distributor/salesman.
- To be responsible for all Holcim retail channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors (RDC,CDC), and retailers.
- To provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for building material products for each area in order to achieve revenue target, maintain market presence and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives.
- Education : Bachelor degree from any major
- Experience : Minimum 3 year experience in operational level in sales or marketing
- Computer literacy : Microsoft Office and Google Application
- Language : Fluency spoken and written English
- Other qualification / skills : High level of analytical skill
- Experience in planning and executing event, medium to large scales
- Experience in project management, including managing external parties (event organizer, builders)
- Experience in customer insight and customer loyalty program
