Air Freight Liaison Manager - Jakarta

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • To assist, shape and oversee the expansion and development of Air Freight in indonesia
    • To actively support the operations and sales team to expand the business
    • To share the best working practise within Airfreight division organization as per KN standard
    • Work closely with National Manager to develop the air freight product.
    • Analysis on day to day activities both export & import  to support and to suggest for : Carrier & Vendor Purchasing purposes,
    • BUP (Bulk Utilization Program) Optimization,   
    • Operation Best fit as per KN's standard which is applicable for General Cargo, F&E Initiative, Aviation and  other business services  solution
    • Hiring new emplyoee
    • Materilize, Tailor & Stadardize related operational process for KN & Customers
    • To establish monthly operational meeting, discussing KPI’s & P&L
    • To ensure consitency for internal KPI and data Quality  enhancing service levels
    • Join ZA on regular carrier & vendor meetings
    • Assist with new business implementation
    • To improve consistency within FSL management and avoiding the seapage to  increase profitability
    • To enhance budgeted revenue and profit growth
    • Daily/Weekly FSL
    • Work closely with Finance for AR & AP
     
    Kualifikasi :
     
    • Bachelor Degree
    • Computer literate
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience on project management
    • Strong logistics industry knowledge and experience min 5 years in Managerial level
    • Strong and competent leader and team player
    • Strong skills in communication
    • Creativity: Questions traditional ways of doing things and encourages change
    • Strong Commercial Acumen
    • Strong Analytical Skills

    Lingkungan kerjanya cukup mendukung dan komunikasi antar karyawan juga berjalan lancar. Ada kegiatan di luar jam kantor seperti olahraga, futsal dan sebagainya. Ada acara outing setiap 2 tahun. Bonus tahunannya juga cukup menggiurkan.

    Cons

    Meskipun bonusnya besar, kisaran gaji pokoknya relatif rendah. Jenjang karir kurang diperhatikan oleh manajemen. Beban dan tekanan kerjanya cukup tinggi.
