- Lead and manage Sales Division in generating new business by individual and team target.
- Establish good relationships with customers, internal division, third parties and overseas partners to maintain and expands Company’s business.
- Aggressively approaching customers by sales visit and join meeting together with Japanese person in charge.
- Collaborate with Management to endure alignment with strategies in forecasting, business planning and pipeline development for Sales Division.
- Consult with several levels of decision makers and buying influences to understand customers’ business challenges and supply chain goals. Develop tailored solutions that deliver value and support the customer’s business strategy.
- Understand each assigned customer’s business model and competitive advantages
- Maksimum 45 years old.
- Good leadership and management skill to lead and manage division.
- Excellent in sales record and wide networking related to Freight Forwarding business.
- Minimum 5 years experiences as Managerial level in sales/marketing Freight Forwarding.
- Well understand about Freight Forwarding product knowledge.
- Good English (verbal and written) and good in operating computer.
- Having own car for sales activities is mandatory.
