    Qualification as follows :

    • Min. S1 Degree, Law Background must recommended
    • Min. 5 years experience of HRD Manager in Garment company
    • Good knowledge in compliance at Garment company
    • Good experience in Strategic HR Management System & HR operation
    • Good manage for recruitment & New employee agreement
    • Professionally manage and ensure an organized and systematic filling system
    • Good in developing & implementing training system
    • Good experience in compliance field
    • Through knowledge and expertise of factory auditing and assessment
    • Strong knowledge of local and regional issues effecting social and environmental conditions
    • Ability to follow up comments and finding from auditor
    • Having strong leadership
    • Good communication skill and negotiation skill
    • Good Communication in English (oral and written)
    • Computer Literate (min. MS. Office)
