  • Organize and arrange appointments, interviews and maintain the calendar
  • Perform basic secretarial duties eg filing (hard copy and electronic filing), screen phone calls, prepare letter, organize travel arrangement, etc.
  • Perform all HR function, maintain HR guidelines according to MInistry of Manpower requirement and regulations.
  • Perform GA function
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in secretary
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented, good administration skill, self-motivated, self-initiative and proactive
