- Organize and arrange appointments, interviews and maintain the calendar
- Perform basic secretarial duties eg filing (hard copy and electronic filing), screen phone calls, prepare letter, organize travel arrangement, etc.
- Perform all HR function, maintain HR guidelines according to MInistry of Manpower requirement and regulations.
- Perform GA function
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in secretary
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented, good administration skill, self-motivated, self-initiative and proactive
