- Determining the promotion system to ensure achievement of sales targets
- Monitor and summarize the acquisition order forecast to ensure optimal capacity unfilled quotas
- Monitor the amount of stock throughout Dept. Sales & Marketing to ensure the life of the company stock does not exceed the predetermined targets.
- Analyze and develop a marketing strategy to increase the number of customers and the area in keeping with the targets set
- Analyze and provide direction design and color development, to ensure the development of products according to market needs
- To evaluate customer satisfaction survey of the entire sales team to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction targets specified
- Applying culture, systems, and internal company regulations and implement cost management, to ensure the corporate culture and systems and regulatory run optimally
- Max 40 years old
- Degree in any background (Marketing is preferrable)
- Experience min. 3 years as Sales Manager in Food Industry specialist in HOREKA (Hotel,Restaurant & Catering)
- Open for whom have background as retail distributor (min. 3 yrs in GT) who willing to take challange as Sales
- Have License (SIM A)
- Problem Solving Skill, Good Leadership & Conflict Management Skills.
- Computer literate and good communication in English
- Willing to be located in Sales Office, Bintaro ( South Jakarta )
