- Facilitate effective human resource management, compliance and employee engagement program
- Process payroll and employee income taxes as well as compensation & benefit control
- Develop and manage HR planning, procedure and policies
- Recruit, retrain and manage employee relations, set up development and training
- Manage corporate compliance, legal, and company documentation including business concerning license, human resource permit, procedure or contract
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or the related field from a reputable university
- At least 2-4 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good interpersonal skill, service mind attitude, multitasking nature, well-rounded and fast learning
- Able to work under pressure and positive toward change and challenge
- Good command of English communication (both written and spoken)
- Computer literate
PT. Indo Thai Trading is a joint venture between 2 National Oil Companies, i.e. PT. Pertamina (Persero), Indonesia and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC), Thailand. The company was founded on June 23rd, 2014 for the purpose of becoming the marketing and trading company for marketing and sales of petrochemical products primarily in Indonesia market.
In the early stage ITT operate with serving to customer who used to be Pertamina or PTT Polymer Marketing's customer, and then gradually increase their resources capability and expand its market base in order to prepare for the upcoming petrochemical capacity in 2020.
For the Polypropylene business, ITT distributes product produced locally by Pertamina Plaju facilities, while for Polyethylene is imported material produced by PTTGC in Thailand. ITT’s role is to deliver products to the customer’s premises at the timely service. Also ITT leverages its technical support expertise as one of core services to help customers during pre-sell and after-sell services, as part of its competitive edge.
