Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective human resource management, compliance and employee engagement program
  • Process payroll and employee income taxes as well as compensation & benefit control
  • Develop and manage HR planning, procedure and policies
  • Recruit, retrain and manage employee relations, set up development and training
  • Manage corporate compliance, legal, and company documentation including business concerning license, human resource permit, procedure or contract

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or the related field from a reputable university
  • At least 2-4 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good interpersonal skill, service mind attitude, multitasking nature, well-rounded and fast learning
  • Able to work under pressure and positive toward change and challenge
  • Good command of English communication (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literate
