    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Responsibilities :
    • Direct and control day to day front office activities
    • Ensure adherence too the hotel standard, policies and procedures
    • Ensure all team member is well informed of department's objective and policies
    • Establish and maintain close working relationship with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service
    • Provide maximum personalized service and initiate for improvement on increasing guest satisfaction
    • Support and participate in all hotel's programs, policies and procedure
     
    Job Requirements :
    • Minimum Bachelor degree from Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position (Front Office Manager) in Hotel industry
    • Strong managerial and leadership skills
    • Good knowledge of front office operation
    • Active in English, both written and spoken
