    • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new projects for mid and long term revenue growth in ASEAN Industrial & Commercial Transportation (ICT) / Automotive in line with TE ASEAN strategic roadmap.
    • Develop, manage and work with ASEAN country sales leaders on project pipeline in order to win new programs to achieve TE Revenue Plan.
    • To meet and/or exceed ASEAN sales revenue target and responsible to develop and report the Revenue Model on monthly basis.
    • To support in preparation of Industrial & Commercial Transportation (ICT)  ASEAN annual budget in accordance to business unit’s strategy.
    • Identify new products / application / customers to gain market share through working with respective ASEAN country leaders and within the team.
    • Collect / analyze the market and internal data and summarize and present for accelerating growth.
    • Work closely within team in cross countries and collect new products/application infortainment and distribute to the team along with ASEAN strategy.
    • Improve team work and collaborate with Industrial & Commercial Transportation (ICT)  ASEAN and Japan team.
    • Work closely with Automotive Indonesia sales as a team.
    Qualification Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive discipline.
    • Minimum 3 years experiences in sales / marketing position related to Automotive Industry either automotive car OEM, Device System makers or wiring harness suppliers.
    • Candidates with connectors / wire harness product knowledge or any similar electronics industries background will be added advantage.
    • Preferably candidates with connectors / wire harness product knowledge or from high tech / electronics industries.
    • Candidates with the ability to communicate in Japanese is added plus.
    • Good communication in both written and oral for English with TE.
