- Assist the implementation of the tasks and responsibilities of Store Manager
- Ensure quality of service and food focused on customer satisfaction
- Ensure the implementation of the SOP at the outlet
- Handling and conveying complaint and feedback from customer to the MOD (Manger On Duty)
- Scheduling and controlling incoming staff
- Conduct and reporting Performance Appraisal (PA) result to the staff every 6 months
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Industry
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Strong Leadeship and Target Oriented
- Strong analytical and Proactive
- Willing to work overtime and public holiday
- Able to work under pressure and in a team
