    • Assist the implementation of the tasks and responsibilities of Store Manager
    • Ensure quality of service and food focused on customer satisfaction
    • Ensure the implementation of the SOP at the outlet
    • Handling and conveying complaint and feedback from customer to the MOD (Manger On Duty)
    • Scheduling and controlling incoming staff
    • Conduct and reporting Performance Appraisal (PA) result to the staff every 6 months
    • Maximum age 35 years old
    • Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Industry
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong Leadeship and Target Oriented
    • Strong analytical and Proactive
    • Willing to work overtime and public holiday
    • Able to work under pressure and in a team
    • Placement  : Shaburi Senayan City and Neo Soho
