Facility Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

 
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure client’s occupied premises (buildings) are maintained to the highest standards and comply with any internal and external legislative guidelines
 
Candidate Requirements :
 
  • Maximum 47 years old
  • Bachelor degree or Diploma 3 in Engineering (Electrical) or (Mechanical)
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Facilities management/ Building Maintenance, as Facility/ Building Manager
  • Have a knowledge about Building Maintenance, MEP, General Services, and Housekeeping area
  • Good communication skill and fluent in English 
  • Commitment to client service and possess strong work ethic
  • Strong in Vendor Management
 
Scope of Work:
  • Manage several buildings in a same time
  • Monitoring and controlling vendor, also build a good relationship with vendor
  • Manage engineering team
  • Build a good relationship with client
  • Report to Operation Account Manager

Sangat sesuai apabila ingin mengembangkan skill dan ilmu Lingkungan kantor yang bersih dan nyaman.

Cons

Kisaran gaji relatif rendah. Bobot pekerjaan yang tinggi menuntut pegawai untuk bekerja dengan keras.

Advice to Management

Pengajuan status karyawan tetap relatif sulit. Karyawan kontrak tidak mendapat tunjangan kesehatan yang menjamin keluarga. Benefit/fasilitas yang didapatkan relatif minim.
