    Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a subsidiary of one of Indonesia’s largest conglomerates. Our highly respected client, one of Indonesia’s largest companies in its own right, is seeking a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years’ experience in banking or finance law, ideally with a multinational company in the automotive manufacturing and auto financing sector, for the job of Head of Legal Department. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
     
    Key job responsibilities:
     
    • Ensuring legal compliance during drafting, vetting and finalizing documents
    • Managing legal cases
    • Liaison with company appointed lawyers
    • Give guidance on all the legal matters pertaining to the company
     
    Job Requirements :
     
    • A senior with 7+ years in legal profession from banking or financial services
    • Profound knowledge of financial services regulations and court practice
    • Proven experience in supporting financial services activity
    • Profound knowledge in law firm and capital market
    • Good orientation in corporate, commercial, finance, administrative and other areas of law involved when operating a financial services – focused business
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Organizational and management skills
    • Business-minded, can-do attitude, with excellent corporate communication skills and ability to influence at executive level
    • Fluent English (oral, written, legal, commercial terminology)

    • jam kerja yang ditetapkan di perusahaan ini cukup fleksibel dan tidak mengikat karyawan. Selain itu, budaya perusahaan juga sangat mendukung pekerjaan yang ada.
    Cons
    • Perusahaan kurang memberikan kegiatan pelatihan dan pengembangan kepada karyawan sehingga karyawan belum memiliki kualitas yang begitu baik. Karyawan juga sulit mengerti pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan.
    • Dalam segi pengadaan traning masih kurang dan harus ditingkatkan agar perkembangan karyawan tidak terhambat dan kinerja karyawan pun akan terus meningkat.
