Reporting Call Center

Requirements:

1.  Female/Male, max. 35 years old

2.  Minimum Diploma in any major

3.  Good interpersonal skill and fast learner

4.  Proficient with computer literacy, Ms. Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Java Script, MySQL, etc

5. Have good skill in Presentation

6. Have good communication skill in English and Indonesia, both written and spoken    

7.  Willing good work to under pressure

8.  Minimum 1 year experience in similar position

Responsibilities:

1. Able make a Report (Daily Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report and Annual Report)

2. Able to supervise and ensure all reporting needed are always finalized and submitted to Client always in good conditions and renewed before its due date.

3. Able to presentation about the Report to Client

4. Make automation system for easy and efficient monitoring of Report

Lingkungan kerja yang asik dan fun, hubungan antar rekan kerja cukup dekat. Perusahaan juga sering mengadakan gathering ataupun event untuk mempererat hubungan kekerabatan.

Cons

Fasilitas yang ada di kantor masih terbilang kurang sehingga tingkat kenyamanan dalam bekerja pun masih kurang. Work life balance karyawannya masih terbilang kurang baik.
