DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibility
  • To supervise the activities of QA, Incoming and outgoing Inspection and Production Control
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's quality system manajamen
  • Mastering the principles of microbiological and chemical testing
  • Facilitate the calibration and certification of equipment as well as technical control
  • Mastering the principles and have certificate of HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and ISO
  • Participate in internal and external audit
  • Responsible for the operational activities of the program-implementation of document control, revision and archive
  • Ensure the quality of production to comply with established standards
  • Making the results of any audit activity report
  • Oversee the implementation of the inspection, periodic maintenance and repairs to existing equipment in the scope of   QC Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Biology, Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics or equivalent.job
  • understand the fresh fish processing industry
 
Requirements
  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Education minimum Diploma Fishery Products Processing Technology
  • Working experience in the same field at least 2 years
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
  • GPA minimum 3:00
  • Willing to work in shifts and follow the operating hours
  • Ability to analyze any problems with either
  • Able to work in a team or individually
  • Honest, Discipline, Integrity, Resolute, Comunicatif, Cooperative and Initiatives
  • Ability to work quickly and detail
  • Ready to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Indramayu, West Java
