    Job Description:

    • Work closely to sales team to generate leads and opportunities.
    • Manage the selling system to achieve corporate sales objectives.
    • To be involved in setting up the distribution network in their designated area and involved in identifying end user.
    • Create a work plan for visit the customer to monitor customer demands and market development.
    • Monitor and analyze the development of customer needs, sales plan, and credit.
    • Maintain the existing customers for sales increase.
    • Build and maintain good business relationship with customer and make evaluate customer complaints and feedback.
    • Effectively coach and develop a high performing team of sales.

    Requirements:

    • Maximum 35 years old.
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Sales Retail with demonstrated success as a strong performer, specializing in Paint and Coating Industry, Building Chemical.
    • Have experience for marketing product in Traditional Market.
    • Excellent selling skills, including strong communication/negotiation skill and good approach on customer.
    • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
    • Vacant position for Jakarta/Tangerang/Bogor/Bandung.

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Ada fasilitas jemputan untuk karyawan, suasana kerja cukup kondusif dengan suasana kekeluargaan antar sesama karyawan cukup kental, ada bonus tahunan dan benefit kesehatan.
    • Ada pengangkatan karyawan kontrak menjadi tetap dalam kurun waktu yang relatif singkat apabila dibanding dengan perusahaan lainnya dengan hanya perpanjang kontrak kerja 2x saja dimana masa berlaku kontrak kerja hanya 3bulan per kontrak kerja.
    Cons
    • Untuk pembagian kerja ( job desc ) masih amburadul tidak jelas, sering terjadi tumpang tindih antar karyawan yang membuat kita jadi agak terganggu.
    • Tidak ada tunjangan transportasi dari perusahaan, memang perusahaan memberikan fasilitas antar jemput, tapi apa bila seperti saya yang berdomisili di luar are antar jemput kami tidak mendapat tunjangan transportasi.
