Job Description :
  • Build strategy, control, and evaluate massive recruitment and professional hire to achieve employee completion based on competency, qualification, & timing
  • Continuously improve effectiveness of selection method
  • Resposible to manpower Planning and Panarub Group recruitment
 
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Master Degree in Psychology
  • Experience at least 5 years in related field at same position (manufacturing shoes/apparel/garment field) is mandatory required for this position
  • Excellence skill in Psychological interpretation
  • Handling Assessment Center and Competency Model development would be an advantages
  • Fluent in English (both oral & written) and computer literate
  • Having good logic & strong analytical ability
  • Good interpersonal, communication & leadership skill
  • Proactive, hardworking person, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced.
  • Certified as an Assessor will be an advantage
  • Willing to travel or placed temporary at Brebes – Jawa Tengah
