Responsible to handle the full spectrum of HR Compensation & Benefit functions, to guide the managers and other employees in matter related to Coporate Policy Com-Ben and coordinating all activities related to employment facilities.
The ideal candidate profile:
- Male with Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Age around max 35 years with Min. 5 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company
- Very Understanding related to HR Compensation & Benefit issues and regulation
- Able to operate computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Visio)
- Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong Leadership, Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work long hours in a high pressure working environment
