Qualification:

  • Male min 30 years old
  • Able to make Annual Budget for Catering Operation
  • Familiar with Kitchen Operations and culinary team
  • Bachelor degree from Hotel Management / Production Kitchen
  • With experiences min 5 years as Executive CHEF / Unit Manager for Catering / Hotel Services
  • Having a strong leadership, Monitoring skill, excellent interpersonal skill, computer skill and good communication skill in English
  • Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, independent, Target oriented and able to work in team oriented environment
  • Willing to work under pressure
