    Job/Person specification:

    • Master/Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in the position at Managerial level, preferably in the beauty industry, and dealing with imported products.
    • Good command of English – oral and written communication.
    • And understanding of Mandarin would be an additional advantage.
    • A comprehensive understanding of all regulatory documents required for product registration with BPOM.
    • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Considerable understanding of both legal and scientific matters.
    • Team-working skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.
     
    Job description:

    • Liaising and negotiating with Indonesian regulatory authorities (BPOM) to ensure the release of Health Registration Certification on a timely basis.
    • Attending to enquiries from the Indonesian regulatory authorities (BPOM) for products under the registration process and attending to an audit from the regulatory authorities.
    • Following up with suppliers on their submission of documents for product registration and providing necessary feedback to them.
    • Liaising with Brand/Marketing Managers and Management on approval of the list of products which requires to be registered at BPOM.
    • Advicing all Departments concerned on appropriate labelling practice on products.  
    • Keeping up-to-date with changes in the Indonesian regulatory legislation and guidelines related to the company’s product portfolio.
    • Keeping up-to-date with international legislation, guidelines and customer practices in major countries.
    • Maintaining a record of all health certificates by product/brand and making a reminder schedule to extend their registration certificates.

    • adanya kebebesan bagi karyawan untuk masuk kerja bisa mulai jam 9:30 sehingga sangat santai dan tidak terburu-buru, lingkungan kerja yang baik
    • adanya kerjaan yang santai dan nyaman, perusahaan tidak memberikan tekanan kerja yang tinggi sehingga saya merasa senang dan tidak perlu khawatir
    Cons
    • adanya kontrak 2 tahun bagi para karyawannya, jika ada yang rtesign maka denda diberlakukan 24 bulan-bulan kerja x gaji bulanan
    • masih kurangnya komunikasi yang baik antar karyawan, kekompakan yang masih belum terjalin satu sama lainnya, hubungan yang masih kurang baik
