DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Create marketing strategy and content strategy.
  • Conduct digital assessments and roadmaps.
  • Design and conduct secondary research including but not limited to: industry trends, audience needs & behavior, competitive assessments, website/content audits, and digital ecosystem assessments.
  • Provide strategic insight, written briefs, and recommendations for clients and internal teams–architecting cross channel solutions encompassing brand, social, content and marketing tactics.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Marketing or its equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in internet, marketing, management, or consulting, with At least 1-2 years focused exclusively on the digital space.
  • Has strong understanding of digital world and digital media for marketing.
  • Have experience in designing, analyzing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative research data/results.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills–augmented by strong presentation skills.

Pros

Suasana kerja yang sangat kondusif dan karyawan yang saling mendukung satu sama lain. Jam kerja juga tidak melebihi batasnya sehingga bisa pulang on time.

Cons

Budaya perusahaan tidak memperbolehkan kaum muslimah untuk memakai hijab di area kantor. Selain itu, belum ada kekurangan yang terlalu berarti.
