- Pros
- Gaji yang didapatkan sesuai dengan kinerja dan beban pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, jenjang karir pun cukup transparan dan adanya pemberian tunjangan.
- Cons
- Sistem manajemen yang digunakan masih kurang baik sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan dan perubahan agar bisa lebih efektif lagi. Selain itu nilai nilai perusahaan pun kurang dipraktekkan dengan baik.
