Area Sales Manager
- Recruits new members, leadership grow, productivity and retention
- Manages & grows the assigned portfolio through training, developtment , motivation and sales force coaching.
- Prepares and implements an area business paln which include sales Dept strategies,leadership, coaching,market & area developtment programs while following coorporate timetable.
- Coach & support leadersthe leaders in the company through setting goals & developing appropriate sales activities
- Organized sales activity such as sales meeting & conference.
- Minimum hold Diploma degree
- Male /Female with maximum 40 Years old
- Has experience in 5 years related experience in Direct Selling, Hotel or Insurance will be advantage.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel 70 %
- High energy with ability to motivate,lead and influence others
- Possess good intrapersonal communication and able to work in team
- Has ability to conduct profesional training in front of large diverse audience
