    Job Description
    • Plan for branding strategy development and budget controling for branding and marketing activities
    • Initiate, manage and evaluate all marketing & branding activities in order to corporate and brand awareness by strong and integrated brand building efforts for both external and internal purposes.
    • Specifying market requirement for current and future product by conducting market research supported by on-going visit to customer and non-costumer
    • Conduct marketing activities include : ATL, BTL, and media maximization
    • Developing and implementing a company-wide go to market plan, working with all department to execute.
    • Analyzing potential partner relationship for the product.
    Requirement
    • Maximum 35 years old
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
    • Full-Time position(s) available.
    • Applicant willing to be place at Serpong, Tangerang

    • Suasana kerja yang nyaman sangat mendukung kami ketika sedang bekerja. Teman sekantor juga baik dan ramah, komunikasi pun jadi berjalan dengan lancar.
    Cons
    • Saya rasa perusahaan harus bisa lebih terbuka terhadap masukan-masukan yang diberikan karyawan tentang perusahaan, agar perusahaan pun bisa menjadi lebih baik lagi.
    • Jenjang karir pegawai masih dipertanyakan, padahal saya melihat banyak karyawan yang berprestasi tetapi tidak ada terdengar akan diangkat posisi kerjanya.
