PROPERTY CONSULTANT

Job Descriptions :

  • Support customer in search for property in Jakarta from A-Z
  • Collect information regarding property in Indonesia
  • Assist Customer in searching for empty space for new office
  • Handle document about client and owner and then make LOI, and agreement letter
  • Negotiate with owner/ agent from owner about request and desire of client

Requirements :

  • Age 25-35 years old
  • Possess at least one year of experience in property development, finance or banking as sales or marketing
  • Experience in medical/ pharmaceutical company is also welcome to apply
  • Possess Diploma degree (D3
  • Fluent English (spoken/written), Japanese language is an advantage
  • Competent knowledge in the sales field
  • Evidence of sales responsibility and target-oriented work
  • Have negotiation skills at good level in dealing with customers
  • Possess presentation and communication skills
  • Preferably have valid driving license (SIM A), ability to bring own vehicle will be an advantage (Gasoline will be reimbursed based on mileage)
  • Willing to work on Saturday/ Sunday if necessary

Perusahaan sudah bagus dalam mengoptimalkan perhitungan upah lembur, sehingga karyawan selalu bersemangat dan bekerja dengan lebih maksimal ketika diberi tugas diluar jam kerja
