    • Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff, payroll, benefits, performance, evaluation
    • Development policy and direct coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensations, labor relation
    • Maintain all company permits
    • Support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company and objective
    • Handle of BPJS
    • Ensure that all HRGA policies and procedures are developed implemented and maintained


    • Male 33-40 years old
    • Majored human resource or law
    • Min 3 years experience at human resource manager is a must
    • Good interpersonal skill, good analytical, good communication, discipline, proactive and strong leadership
    • In deep knowledge of labor law (UU No. 13 tahun 2003 and BPJS)
    • Excellent active listening and negotiation skill
